Energy Safe Store - Returns Policy
When purchasing from Energy Safe Store you have a period of 30 (thirty) days in which you may return an item to us for a full refund provided it is still in sealed packaging and has not been used, activated, or charged.
The cancellation period ends 30 days from the date the goods come into your physical possession.
The customer will pay for return shipping. Please advise we are not liable for the courier service you use. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service so it does not get lost in transit. If it does, we are not liable.

Yes, an item can be returned for a full refund provided your item is sealed, unopened, not activated, and/or not charged.
For a full refund to be provided the item cannot have been used in any manner. If your EcoFlow product has been used and set up we can not provide a full refund as this will count as 'used'.
If your product is faulty and you were not at fault we can issue a refund/replacement.
My EcoFlow Product Is Faulty, How Do I Get A Replacement
Please be advised if you have a product from us and it is faulty, as long as it is in period of it's warranty and it's not your fault, we will sort the issue you for you to get you a replacement with a quick turn around time, please click here to submit a return question and the instructions will be there & information.
We can book a collection via DPD, our currier we also use for shipping who are a reliable & genuine brand in the delivery industry who we consider the best, they will have a label and put it on the box you provide for your product that is potentially faulty - you'll need to make sure everything you received from us is in the box. This includes original packaging and original contents in order to complete a successful return with the manafacture on our end.
How Long Can This Process Take?
Please allow up to 5 working-days for us to receive your package/product to fully test it and our team to contact you and let you know what will happen next with your return. After inspection, we will proceed with a repair, refund, or replacement as appropriate. A manufacturer's repair may take 30 working days.
How Long Do Refunds Take To Complete?
Please allow 5 working days for your refund to be complete.
If I have Used My Item - Can It Still Be Returned?
We may accept things as returns if they have been opened or examined as you may do in a retail setting under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
However, the item must not have been used in any way for a complete refund to be given.
The items must be "as new" in order to be eligible for a full refund. Included in your return are any additional items, intact packing, and all original accessories.
Charged, activated, updated, installed, and other actions all fall under the category of "using." Energy Safe Store has the last say on whether or not a product qualifies as "used."
An EcoFlow product is regarded as used once it has been taken out of its original packaging, activated, and/or charged. When returning EcoFlow goods that have been used, charged, or opened, a restocking fee of up to 40% of the original purchase price may be imposed.
