Q1: Which stores can Energy Safe Store match the prices of?
We can only match prices with sites and stores that are based in the UK and sell goods made in the UK. We can't match prices with stores outside the UK because the currency changes every minute.
Q2: What goods' prices can you match?
We only match prices on items that are exactly the same as ours in every way. For example, it must be brand new, sealed in a box with protection, and have the exact same things in it as ours.
For instance, we can't sell you a used, opened, or active product for the same price as a brand-new one. But we can match their price if their product is brand new, sealed, and has the same ingredients.
The other retailer in question must also be based in the UK and have real stock in the UK. They must also sell products that meet UK standards. For instance, we couldn't match the price of an EcoFlow store in Spain.
We also can't match the price of end-of-life (EOL) goods. For example, if a supplier stops making a product, we wouldn't be able to match the price a retailer is offering because they might be selling it at a loss to get rid of it. But if you want to tell us, we will try our best.
Q3: The thing I want is sold out on another website. Can you get it for me?
We can only match prices on things that are in stock and can be shipped the next business day. This also applies to pre-orders: if you can't get the goods from another store with next-working-day delivery, we can't match the price.
The other stores must have the items in stock and ready to ship, not just available for pre-order. We are a U.K. EcoFlow Retailer, and we are happy to match the prices of other stores if they have a better deal.
